We Are Here To Help

The team at Giorgio’s Baiting Hollow has put together a repository to the most common queries of 2020.  As always, Our commitment is to provide everyone with the best wedding experience from beginning to end.

Here you will find a wide range of questions and answers regarding topics like price per plate and scheduling.  Best of all, we have a list of resources, like the Virtual Tour, to help you throughout the planning process.

Frequently Asked Questions

Pricing Questions

No two weddings are alike! Each couple has their version of the Perfect Wedding Day.  The cost depends on factors like:
  • Guest count.
  • Menu selection.
  • Extra options & upgrades.
But generally speaking, The Price Per Plate is anywhere between $135.00 to $225.00 depending on the season.

This package starts at $895.00. We serve breakfast and lunch for up to 15 guests, which includes unlimited refreshments.  

Most alcohol is served one hour before the event.  However, we do offer Early Arrival liquor & alcohol packages.

You’ll have access to the entire facility 7 hours before the start time.  Please note, that there is an additional fee if you require extra time for makeup and pictures.

The on-site ceremony runs for an hour with the Maître D and one bridal attendant there to assist throughout the proceeding.

The total cost for this option is $1495.00 

Please note that extras, like arbors, are considered an upgrade.

Scheduling Questions

Once you secure the date, the payment schedule is as follows:

  • $2,000.00 initial deposit.
  • $3,000.00 90 days after booking.
  • $3,000.00 6 months before the event. 

The balance is due at the final appointment, which is typically one week before the event .

Food tastings are scheduled  2 or 3 months before your event. After that, The next appointment is to go over THE MENU and plan out the timeline.

Please keep in mind that we can only schedule your food tasting if payments are up to date.

Your Final Appointment is very important!!

This is where we fine tune the day-of schedule and go over details that include some of the following:

  • Master Guest List with names and table numbers.
  • Floor Plan.
  • Family and Bridal party intro list.  

All things considered, this meeting is essential and ensures the event runs smoothly.  Please bring a copy of your protocol packet and label boxes with your name and event date.

Transportation Questions

Giorgio’s has three lots with plenty of parking space that can accommodate everyone.  Better yet, we have a complimentary valet service with every wedding package.

Your guests drive right up to the front door, and our valet drivers handle the rest.

We have two different sized shuttles buses available.

  • The 16 passenger bus is part of your wedding package but only makes trips to the windmill and private beach. There is a fee if you need transportation off-site.
  • The brand new 40 passenger bus can be rented for an 8 hour shift and makes unlimited trips to and from local hotels.

General Questions

Ideally, you should plan to book 12 to 18 months in advance.  Since we only host one event at a time, the dates tend to fill up quickly. Especially during the Wedding season.

The House vendors are a group of Reputable Companies that we work with regularly and are highly recommend. Working with the right team of professionals ensures the success of the event.

More importantly, clients put their trust in us to help them make the right decisions. As an extension of our team, we feel our vendors represent our brand the best.

Of course, We work with everyone.  Our vendor program is just a recommendation. Ultimately, the decision is yours. 

Just keep in mind, If you decided to work with an outside vendor, we will need a copy of their certificate of insurance.    

 

Our forte is catering. The staff is responsible for table settings, refreshments, food prep, etc.

If you need help setting up items that include centerpieces, place cards, restroom baskets, and votives, please let us know. There is a small fee to cover the cost, as we need to schedule additional staff members.
